The last time the Flyers gave something away at Wells Fargo Center, a bunch of their fans chucked it onto the ice.
Now, the design of the shirt they're handing out Sunday against the Capitals is either going to stop people from giving it the full bracelet treatment, or guarantee it. There are layers here. This is a risk.
