Alex Ovechkin continued his historic start to the season against the New Jersey Devils, on Friday.
In typical Ovechkin form, the 32-year-old Russian scored his ninth goal of the year.
With the Capitals on the man-advantage, Capitals forward Nicklas Backstrom found Ovechkin who sent the delivery past the blocker of Devils goaltender Cory Schneider.
