Bo Horvat is having quite a postseason.
The Canucks captain scored in Game 4 against the Golden Knights on Sunday, his NHL-best ninth goal in the bubble.
He netted the marker in the second period when a shot from Alex Edler was deflected by J.T. Miller and then went to Horvat, who was standing by the post. The goal tied the game 2-2.
Prior to Sunday, the Canucks were 5-0 when Horvat scored. Vancouver lost Game 4, 5-3, after surrendering three goals in the third period.
Horvat's goal gave him the goal-scoring lead over the Stars' Denis Gurianov, who potted his eighth earlier in the day in Dallas' 5-4 win over the Avalanche. Horvat scored 22 goals in 69 games during the regular season, or 0.32 goals per game. His nine postseason goals in 14 games put him at 0.64 goals per game, double his regular-season output.
Prior to entering the bubble, the 25-year-old center had only notched one postseason career goal — way back in 2015 against Calgary.

The 2013 first-round draft pick's goal total this postseason ties him with five players for the third-most goals in a postseason in franchise history. He is three goals shy of former captain Trevor Linden's 12 from the 1994 playoffs. Pavel Bure holds the franchise record with 16, which was also achieved in 1994 when the Canucks lost in the Stanley Cup Final to the Rangers in seven games.
