Damir Raspiyev has 194 penalty minutes and zero points in 23 games for the KHL's Barys Astana. You don't get that sort of ratio without acting like a dummy, and he outdid himself on Monday.
Raspiyev, with a major assist from the officials, attempted to fight everyone on the ice for Kunlun Red Star, and a couple guys on the bench (video via @JeffVeillette)
This is the "brawl" that caused Barys/Kunlun to end after 3 minutes. Damir Ryspayev should be banned from hockey. pic.twitter.com/b6OpcuUf5i

Now, it's easy to look at Raspiyev and say "that guy shouldn't play hockey." It's easy, and it's not wrong — but the officials, quite literally, allowed him to do whatever he wanted.
They let him punch the first guy. They let him punch the second guy. They let him punch the third guy. They let him go back to the second guy. And then they let him dive into the bench. This is their fault. Guys like Ryspayev can't help themselves, and officials are there to stop this sort of thing from happening.
The game was postponed, by the way. Great job, everyone.
