The Tennessee Titans have an injury to their quarterback, as Will Levis has exited the Week 4 game against the Miami Dolphins late in the first quarter with a shoulder injury.
Levis injured his shoulder on the second drive of the game after diving for a first down before coming up short, leading to a punt. Levis could be seen on the sideline throwing the football but clearly looked uncomfortable and has gone to the blue medical tent. Mason Rudolph is coming into the game.
Prior to his exit, Levis completed 3-of-4 passes for 25 yards and an interception, which he threw to Dolphins defensive lineman Emmanuel Ogbah on the first drive of the game. We'll update our tracker below once there's an update on Levis.

Lands on his right shoulder here, can see him saying he hurt it. Was seen on the sideline shaking it out. We’ll see how he looks pic.twitter.com/D5UfOvWrby
Will Levis injury update
UPDATE: Still no further update on Levis other than the fact that Rudolph finished out the first half.
UPDATE: According to the broadcast, Levis is questionable to return with his shoulder injury. The Titans quarterback is still on the sideline and has his helmet on, so it looks like he might come back into the game.
Mason Rudolph has replaced Will Levis, who is in the medical tent after injuring his shoulder.
