The Tennessee Titans currently have an injury concern at the running back position, at 2023 third-round pick Tyjae Spears has exited the Week 6 game against the Indianapolis Colts due to injury.
After carrying a heavy workload in the Week 4 win over the Miami Dolphins, Spears was on track to be very involved in the offense once again in Week 6 after taking six carries for 27 yards in the first half.
However, Spears suffered a hamstring injury that has forced him out of the game, at least for the time being. Here's the latest update on the Titans running back, whose status is now up in the air for the rest of the game.
Tyjae Spears injury update
According to AtoZ Sports Nashville, Spears is questionable to return with a hamstring injury. Of course, it's too early to know the severity.

With Spears sidelined, starting running back Tony Pollard will see even more work, and backup running back Julius Chestnut will also get some run.
