The Tennessee Titans and Indianapolis Colts have released their inactives for the Week 6 game at Nissan Stadium in Nashville and the Colts won't have their starting quarterback.
Quarterback Anthony Richardson and wide receivers Michael Pittman Jr. and Josh Downs were all questionable ahead of Sunday, but only Richardson is inactive. Pittman Jr.'s status is particularly surprising when you consider it was reported he could miss multiple weeks with his back issue. As it turns out, he won't miss any.
Richardson missed last week's game after exiting the Week 4 contest early with an oblique injury. The ageless Joe Flacco will fill in for him once again. According to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero, Richardson could play if needed, but the Colts wanted to give him another week to get right.
We found out during the week that Indy would be without star running back Jonathan Taylor for a second straight game. The Colts will start Trey Sermon in Taylor's absence once again.

Unlike the Colts, the Titans didn't have any question marks on their injury report. The status of quarterback Will Levis was up in the air to begin the week but once he put in a full practice on Wednesday, that doubt was put to bed.
