Things went from bad to worse for the Tennessee Titans in Week 3. Not only did they get blown out of their own building against the Green Bay Packers, 30-14, one of their former draft picks put a whoppin' on them in the process.

In what was his first start against the Titans since they traded him in August, Malik Willis absolutely dominated Tennessee's defense en route to a career-best game. He got it done both on the ground and through the air.

Making that even tougher to swallow was the fact that quarterback Will Levis had yet another disappointing performance, turning the ball over three times, one of which went for a pick-six. Also, his offensive line was putrid again.

As you'd imagine, the Titans, who are now the only 0-3 team in the league going into Monday night, are in a bad, bad spot in the NFL Power Rankings of experts going into Week 4. Let's take a look, if you can stomach it.

NFL Power Rankings Week 4: Tennessee Titans

Vinnie Iyer, Sporting News: 32 (-3)

Iyer: "The Titans need to consider a QB change with Will Levis in an absolute funk with his new personnel in the new offense. The new-look defense is doing its best to hold up but can wear down and give up too many big plays."

Sayre Bedinger, NFL Spin Zone: 32

Bedinger: "The third week of the season was a great opportunity for the Tennessee Titans to get back on track on their home field against the Green Bay Packers, who were playing without Jordan Love for a second consecutive game. And on top of it, the Packers were rolling with Malik Willis for a second straight game, a guy the Titans just dumped in a trade just a few weeks ago. Well, Willis made the Titans look silly and Will Levis made a number of head-scratching decisions to add to his growing total this season. Levis had two interceptions (including a pick-six), a lost fumble, and he was sacked a whopping eight times. Somehow, he still had a QB rating of nearly 93 in this game, but the mistakes have piled up to the point that the Titans may be contemplating a change at some point in the near future."

Taylor Wirth, NBC Sports Bay Area: 32 (-3)

Wirth: "Backbreaking Will Levis turnovers. Drink. Ugly showing from the Tony Pollard-Tyjae Spears tandem. Gross offense is being played in the Music City."

Peter Dewey, Sports Illustrated: 32 (-3)

Dewey: "Another three turnovers for Will Levis, and the Titans lost to their former draft pick Malik Willis in Week 3. It doesn't get much worse than that."
