The Pittsburgh Steelers acquired quarterback Justin Fields in a trade with the Chicago Bears this past offseason and it's quite clear the young signal-caller is happier where he is now.

When Fields came to Pittsburgh, he was expected to be Russell Wilson's backup, but Wilson hasn't been able to take the field over the first three weeks because of a calf injury.

In that time, Fields has helped the Steelers to a 3-0 start and now looks poised to keep the starting job once Wilson is healthy enough to play, although whether or not he can keep the job the entire season remains to be seen.

Fields was recently a guest on the "Not Just Football with Cam Heyward" podcast and was asked which coaching staff he likes more between the Steelers and Bears.

"Pittsburgh," Fields answered. "It's not close."

Fields could've just answered the Steelers and nobody would have batted an eye, but the fact that he threw in "it's not close" says everything you need to know about how Fields views Chicago's staff.

The Bears parting ways with Fields was certainly understandable. After all, they had the No. 1 overall pick and the opportunity to draft Caleb Williams, who was widely considered an elite quarterback prospect.

But if Fields ends up flourishing in Pittsburgh and earns the job for the long haul, it would be a major indictment on head coach Matt Eberflus and his staff for not being able to get more out of the former first-round pick.
