Leave it to Philadelphia Eagles players to set the highest bar possible on team-bonding activities before training camp.
In the hours before training camp, Eagles guard Landon Dickerson hosted a slip-and-slide party for the likes of teammates such as kicker Jake Elliott and Lane Johnson, among others. Brookie Dickinson shared the videos and pictures on Instagram.
So continued the epic offseason for Dickerson, who put pen to paper on a four-year deal worth $84 million to extend his stay with the Eagles through 2028.
No wonder—Dickerson, a second-rounder in 2021, is a multi-time Pro Bowler already and allowed just five sacks and 38 pressures last year over 17 games.
At this point, it might be easier to get around him and after a quarterback than to dethrone Dickerson’s idea of a pre-training camp party. Rest assured Eagles players who attended would agree when asked soon enough.
The Eagles report for training camp tomorrow. Eagles guard Landon Dickerson hosted a bunch of his offensive linemen and teammates for a slip and slide party before they start the grind of camp. Team bonding.
