The NFL is back and so are the custom cleats.

NFL players showed off their style during Week 1 of the 2018 season by wearing custom footwear.

Players are required to wear NFL regulated cleats during games, but can lace up shoes of their choice during pregame warm ups.

Putting the "Cowboy" in Dallas Cowboys, quarterback Cam Newton's cleats are complete with a sherriff badge and spur:

Stefon Diggs gave a nod to Jay-Z, with cleats inspired by the rapper:
