Chances are the Vikings didn't imagine their ribbon cutting ceremony for the team's new stadium would include a busted window.

Unfortunately, Friday's ceremony will take place near a ground-level window that was smashed by a rock, the StarTribune reported. The window was broken either late Tuesday night or early Wednesday morning.

Security footage reportedly caught a pedestrian picking up a decorative rock from the area by the windows and chucking it through the glass.

Because the 10x15 foot window panes were custom made for the building, it could take two months for a new pane to be cut and measured, according to the report.

For now, the broken glass will have to stay.
