The Vikings and Raiders — two squads that look much different in 2024 — will square off in Minneapolis in Week 1 of the 2024 NFL preseason (Sat., Aug. 10, 4 p.m. ET). The Sporting News has you covered with game information for this exhibition, including how to listen to the home and away broadcast on SiriusXM.
The Vikings added veteran signal-caller Sam Darnold, rookie QB J.J. McCarthy and former Packers running back Aaron Jones to complement the top-end pass-catching trio of Justin Jefferson, Jordan Addison and T.J. Hockenson. But the story of the offseason was veteran Kirk Cousins departing the purple and gold to take his talents to the ATL.
The Raiders, meanwhile, have parted ways with Josh Jacobs but still have an offense that boasts Davante Adams, Jakobi Meyers and stud rookie tight end Brock Bowers. Vegas won four of its final five games last season, so coach Antonio Pierce has plenty of potential with which to work this year.
There will be tons of talent on the field for this one, even if many of the starters don't suit up. If you're interested in listening in to this exciting preseason matchup between the Vikings and Raiders, read on for game details including the full SiriusXM broadcast information.
