Bills coach Rex Ryan told the media Thursday that Tyrod Taylor will not play in London against the Jaguars.
Taylor is dealing with an ankle and knee injury and did not practice Thursday morning. He was able to get in a practice session Wednesday, but it's clear he's not ready for game action.

"Not going to force him out there when he's not fully healed," Ryan said.
The Bills have a bye week after their game in London, so that will give Taylor additional time to heal.
Starting in place for Taylor will be former first-round pick EJ Manuel. The third-year quarterback played well in his first start of the season last week. He completed 67 percent of his passes for 263 yards with a passing touchdown, a rushing touchdown and an interception.
Manuel will be without some of his top weapons. Ryan also ruled out receivers Sammy Watkins and Percy Harvin.
