HIll, 25, limped off the field after a collision Tuesday and eventually was taken off on a cart.
According to ESPN that day, Hill escaped serious injury with a bruised quadriceps and was expected to be fine.
His presence not only on the field but in pads for Friday's workout appeared to bear that out.
According to media reports, Hill was hit by cornerback Bashaud Breeland, who was trying to break up a pass heading toward Hill. The receiver stayed on the ground for a little bit before getting up and making his way to the cart.

Hill was recently cleared by the NFL after he was investigated for child abuse claims by his ex-fiancee. Hill spoke out about the incident for the first time Sunday as training camp got underway, adding that he was excited to be back on the field.
“I can’t wait for my new journey, man. I’m excited,” he said. “I’m working every day to be a better father, better person, better citizen, a better son, too, to my parents. One thing stood out to me, my mom, as I was going through this long process, my mom told me, people don’t need to change, they need to grow. When you think about it, a tree changes and a tree grows every day."
While the investigation was ongoing, Hill was not allowed to participate in any offseason activities with the Chiefs.
