Tornado warning keeps disappointed Cowboys fans, players inside AT&T Stadium image

As if the sting of Sunday's playoff loss wouldn't linger long enough, some Cowboys fans were unable to leave AT&T Stadium to escape their misery.

A tornado and flood warning issued for the Arlington area kept players, media and lingering fans inside following the 34-31 divisional round loss to the Packers.

A tornado watch for the entire Dallas-Fort Worth area was issued by the National Weather Service about 7 p.m. ET, but a warning for Tarrant County was issued at 9:15 p.m. ET and remained in effect for 30 minutes.

That meant a shelter in place order was issued and people were kept inside the monstrous Cowboys stadium.

Storms in the area also resulted in flash flood warnings. Let's hope everyone gets home safely.
