With extra down time on his hands given a four-game suspension, Tom Brady was able to secure one of the hottest pieces of real estate in New York City.
The Patriots quarterback and his wife, model Gisele Bundchen, plunked down more than $20 million for a chic condo in Manhattan's Tribeca neighborhood, the New York Post reported.
The condo, which is at the swanky 70 Vestry Street, is 5,000-square-feet and boasts five bedrooms and a large terrace overlooking the Hudson River.

The building offers residents a lap pool, sauna, steam room, squash court and a private entrance for vehicles.
The expected completion date for the building is 2018. The new home also puts Brady closer to his son Jack with ex Bridget Moynahan.

Don't expect Brady and Bundchen to live here full time. The condo is more than three hours away from the Patriots facilities, which means the new condo will likely be for weekend getaways to New York City in the offseason.
Must be nice to live large.
