In one of the more lopsided contests of the young NFL season, the Bills host the Giants in the Week 6 edition of Sunday Night Football (8:20 p.m. ET, NBC). If you're like us, you're not touching either side of the 14.5-point spread for this one, and opting instead for a DraftKings Showdown lineup to make some DFS cash. Today we will reveal what we project to be the optimal daily fantasy roster for this clash of polar-opposite New York squads.
Buffalo must be happy to be back on American soil after suffering an unexpected loss to the Jaguars at Tottenham Hotspur in London last week. Prior to that game, MVP frontrunner QB Josh Allen and the Bills had been rolling, even beating the brakes off the high-flying Dolphins in Week 4. The "London fog" certainly reared its ugly head for Sean McDermott's squad.
This week should get the Bills back on the tracks on both sides of the ball, with Tyrod Taylor manning an underwhelming offense suffering the pangs of the injury bug. Daniel Jones (neck) has already been declared out for this game after getting destroyed by the Dolphins last week, and running back Saquon Barkley (ankle), tight end Darren Waller (groin), and wideout Wan'Dale Robinson (knee) are also banged up. New York's offensive line has also been a mess all season.
Like we said, we're not touching either side of the spread in this game with a 10-foot pole. However, we love our chances at winning some DraftKings DFS cash this Sunday night. We've been in the money in three of the past four $1.5 million Sunday Night Showdowns, and we're looking to carry over that momentum into this primetime duel. Let's get it!
Before we get into our lineup and strategy, here are the key scoring settings for DraftKings Showdown contests: They're full-point PPR and there are three-point bonuses for 300 passing yards, 100 rushing yards, and 100 receiving yards. The Captain pick costs 1.5 times a player's original price, but he also gets his point total multiplied by 1.5.

Bills-Giants DraftKings Picks: DFS lineup for Week 6 Sunday Night Football
$50,000 budget, need at least one player from each team.
Captain (1.5x points, 1.5x salary): Stefon Diggs, WR, Bills ($18,300)
Since we have the Bills owning the Giants basically from start to finish, we've decided to Captain Buffalo's best offensive playmaker. Picking Diggs over Josh Allen at Captain saved us $900, a contrarian move that will afford us a little extra money to fill out the backend of our flex spots. And it's worth noting that Diggs actually averages 0.3 more DK points per game than Allen anyway, so this move is even more of a no-brainer.
Diggs has perennially served as Allen's top receiver and downfield playmaker since he arrived in Buffalo. The star wideout averages 26.4 DK points per game, an absolute goldmine of a PPR pick. The Giants have surrendered the 12th-most DK points to wideouts this season, so Diggs should have himself another banner night under the primetime lights.
FLEX Josh Allen, QB, Bills ($12,800)
Of course, we had to make sure we rostered Allen, who ranks as 1b to Diggs' 1a when it comes to the best DFS options in this ballgame. Allen has averaged 26.1 DK points per game this season and put up a whopping 71.3 combined points over Buffalo's past two outings, so someone should probably say a prayer or light a candle for this below-average Giants defense. Coming off a tough loss in London, Allen will be slinging early and often.
FLEX Gabe Davis, WR, Bills ($7,800)
Now we've basically monopolized the Bills' aerial attack, which makes a ton of sense with Buffalo coming off a poor outing in London. Allen will be looking to get back in the good graces of MVP voters, while Sean McDermott just wants his team to put its U.K. woes in the rearview mirror. Davis has been quite solid all season, averaging just under 13 FD points per game. His 19-point performance last Sunday was one of the lone highlights of the Bills' otherwise-dismal Week 5.
FLEX Wan'Dale Robinson, WR, Giants ($4,600)
Robinson doesn't carry an injury designation into the weekend, so we're turning to him to make some plays in a game that should have the Giants trailing all four quarters. Robinson certainly has big-play ability, so we like his upside with Darren Waller and Saquon Barkley banged up.
FLEX Latavius Murray, RB, Bills ($3,600)
We haven't been very impressed by Bills starting RB James Cook over the past few weeks, at least on the ground, and we like Murray's chances at seeing increased touches in a blowout game. The veteran power runner put up 28.8 DK points between Weeks 2 and 4, so he's perfectly capable of outperforming this modest price tag.
FLEX Parris Campbell, WR, Giants ($2,400)
Campbell might as well be called our Gross Sleeper of the Week, but upside is upside. The negative game script should have Tyrod Taylor slinging the ball a ton, and Campbell might be the Giants' second-best receiver with Waller and Wan'Dale dinged up. The former Colt has haled in 15 of his past 19 targets, so you could do much worse at the tail end of your DFS lineup.

Best Bills-Giants DFS Picks
As we have every week, we're also listing our favorite single-game DFS plays on SuperDraft.
For those unfamiliar, SuperDraft's DFS scoring involves point multipliers as opposed to traditional salary-capped or tiered contests. A winning lineup will likely feature a strong mix of stud fantasy contributors with 1x-1.6x boosts, as well as matchup-based sleepers with larger multipliers. Each player is assigned a scoring multiplier based on their value as determined by SuperDraft. Users can roster any player in their lineup with no restrictions.

MORE SUPERDRAFT DFS: How to play SuperDraft
- Champion (+50% points): Josh Allen, QB, Bills (1.5x)
- Super FLEX: Stefon Diggs, WR, Bills (1.9x)
- Super FLEX: Gabe Davis, WR, Bills (2.25x)
- Super FLEX: Matt Breida, RB, Giants (2.55x)
- Super FLEX: Darius Slayton, WR, Bills (2.65x)
We went with a similar approach with our SuperDraft lineup, but we couldn't avoid Breida at 2.55x in one of our SuperFLEX spots. Giants top RB Saquon Barkley has been listed as questionable with the ankle injury that has been nagging him for the majority of the season. With New York not expected to have much hope this Sunday night and Quon in a contract year, it would blow our mind if the star back suits up. Breida has a high ceiling with this boost in a game that will feature plenty of meaningless touches.
