To say Josh Scobee is having a rough week is a gross understatement.
The Steelers brought in former Washington kicker Kai Forbath for a tryout after Scobee's disastrous game Thursday against the Ravens, CSN Mid-Atlantic reported, citing an unidentified source.

Scobee missed two field-goal attempts in the fourth quarter Thursday, which resulted in the Ravens' eventual 23-20 overtime win against the Steelers.
Forbath spent most of the last three seasons with Washington after signing with the team midway through the 2012 season. He made more than 94 percent of his kicks that season and helped Washington win the NFC East title.
He wasn't as accurate in 2013 and 2014, making 81 and 88 percent of his kicks, respectively. He was released after Week 1 this season when he missed a field-goal attempt in a 17-10 loss to the Dolphins.
It's also worth noting that Forbath worked with Steelers special teams coach Danny Smith in Washington.
