The Steelers look to stay in the thick of the playoff hunt as they head to the Big Apple to take on the Jets in Week 16 on Sunday.
Pittsburgh (8-6) started the season 1-4 and lost quarterback Ben Roethlisberger for the year to injury and many figured the team to be dead in the water. Since then, the Steelers have gone 7-2 and propelled themselves all the way up to the second wild-card spot in the AFC playoff picture.

The Jets (5-9) are far from playoff contention, but have been playing their best football as of late. New York's won four of its last six and has a chance to finish the season on a strong note. While those four wins have come over the Giants, Redskins, Raiders and Dolphins, it's still promising to see a young, rebuilding team like the Jets begin to find their footing heading into the offseason.
A win coupled with a Titans loss to the Saints will give the Steelers a one-game lead over Tennessee for the second AFC wild-card spot with one game left to play.
