Week 14's Steelers-Bengals rivalry spilled over from the field into the pocket books of seven players to the tune of over $140,000 in fines, ESPN says.
The big winner, or in this case loser, was Bengals linebacker Vontaze Burfict, who was fined $69,454 for three separate plays: roughing the passer, a face mask pull and unnecessary roughness. He is appealing the fines.

Burfict wasn't fined for being involved in a pregame scuffle that set the stage for the physical matchup, but he did draw the ire of the Steelers when it appeared he intentionally dove at quarterback Ben Roethlisberger's ankles as Roethlisberger followed through on a pass during the first half of the game in Cincinnati.
Steelers safety Mike Mitchell's hit on a defenseless player resulted in a $23,152 fine. Mitchell delivered a helmet-to-helmet blow on Bengals tight end Tyler Eifert, who was later placed on concussion protocol and has been declared out for Sunday's game at the 49ers.
For the second consecutive week, Steelers receiver Antonio Brown was fined. This time it wasn't for a touchdown celebration, but because of an in-game fight with defensive back Dre Kirkpatrick.
Other fines included celebration penalties for the Steelers' Brandon Boykin and William Gay and an $11,576 fine for Bengals wide receiver A.J. Green, who punted the ball into the stands.
To date, players have lost more than $21 million to fines and suspensions this season.
