It wasn't pretty, but the Pittsburgh Steelers started off their 2024 campaign with an 18-10 win over the Atlanta Falcons, making them the only AFC North team to record a victory in Week 1.
That's right, the Baltimore Ravens, Cleveland Browns and Cincinnati Bengals all dropped their season-opening contests, leaving the Steelers in first place all by themselves going into Week 2.
The Deshaun Watson nightmare continues in Cleveland, as the veteran quarterback had yet his latest terrible game, en route to a 33-17 loss. Watson barely completed 50% of his passes for 169 yards and one touchdown to two interceptions.
We saw the Ravens begin the 2024 season on Thursday night and literally lose by a toe to the Kansas City Chiefs, and the Bengals got off to their customary sluggish start to the season with an upset loss at the hands of what is expected to be one of the worst teams in the NFL, the New England Patriots.
NFL POWER RANKINGS: Cowboys, Steelers flex; Packers, Browns slide; Patriots pop up for Week 2
Just so you can enjoy visualizing it, Steelers fans, here's a look at the AFC North standings after one game:
Pittsburgh Steelers: 1-0
Baltimore Ravens: 0-1
Cincinnati Bengals: 0-1
Cleveland Browns: 0-1
The Steelers have a great opportunity to get off to a 2-0 start with a road game against the Denver Broncos, a team sporting a rookie quarterback and an 0-1 record.

There's going to be plenty of extra juice for that one, as Russell Wilson will be making his return to Denver.
As for the rest of the division, the Browns will travel to Duval to take on the Jacksonville Jaguars, the Bengals will play the Chiefs in Arrowhead, and the Ravens have a home game against the Las Vegas Raiders.
