After winning four of their last five games, the Russell Wilson-led Seahawks continued their hot streak with a dominating 38-7 victory over the Vikings Sunday.
Seattle struck first as running back Thomas Rawls rushed for a touchdown for the third straight game filling in for Marshawn Lynch. Wilson then added his first rushing touchdown of the season on an 8-yard run to give the Seahawks a commanding 14-0 lead before making it 21-0 with a 20-yard touchdown pass to wide receiver Doug Baldwin just a minute later.

With another third-quarter touchdown pass to Baldwin, Wilson joined Arizona's Carson Palmer and Oakland's Derek Carr as the only quarterbacks with at least three touchdown passes in three straight games this season. Wilson finished 21 for 27 for 274 yards and three touchdowns.
The Vikings, who haven't overcome a deficit of 21 points or more since 1985, were no match for the Seahawks after Seattle scored more than 28 points for the fourth consecutive week.
With just five carries for 10 yards at halftime, Vikings running back Adrian Peterson logged his fewest first-half carries since Week 1 and his lowest number of first-half yards this season. He finished Sunday with only eight carries for 18 yards. Entering Sunday’s game, Peterson led the NFL in rushing with 1,164 yards.
The Seahawks will look to extend their three-game winning streak when they visit the Ravens next Sunday. Meanwhile, the Vikings will look to get back to their winning ways when they head to Arizona on a short week to take on the Cardinals Thursday night.
