Out with the old, and in with the young.

Thirteen years and a Super Bowl later, Pete Carroll has parted ways with the organization. It came after a 9-8 season which resulted in Seattle missing the playoffs. He won't lead the team this year, but he is staying with the franchise as an advisor.

Now, the Seahawks go from having the oldest coach in the NFL to the youngest. Former Ravens defensive coordinator Mike Macdonald, 36, will succeed the legendary coach come September. The franchise also adds Jay Harbaugh, Jim Harbaugh's son, as special teams coordinator.

On the field, though, rumors swirl around a trade for DK Metcalf. For now, they seem to be just that – rumors. But the wide receiver's status for 2024 could make Macdonald's transition to Seattle easy or rough.

Dedicated fans who are ready to see the Seahawks in 2024 can already find tickets for every game. Here's how.
