The New Orleans Saints have added a new member to their squad.
The team on Tuesday surprised superfan Jarrius Robertson by signing him to be their "hype man" and social media master for Sunday's game in Kansas City.

Robertson, 14, is battling a chronic liver disease known as biliary atresia, which has had an impact on his physical growth. He's been in and out of hospitals since receiving a liver transplant at the age of 1 that left him in a coma for a year. Despite undergoing 13 surgeries and being on the waiting list for another liver transplant, Robertson's love for the Saints has kept him in high spirits.
"Yeah, because you have to be tough on them or they’re going to be soft," Robertson said on “Good Morning America.”
Robertson has been a regular attendee at practices and games to show his support for his team since first meeting several players at Ochsner Hospital for Children in New Orleans last December. He left a lasting impression and was officially made an "honorary member" of the team Tuesday after being surprised by coach Sean Payton, quarterback Drew Brees and defensive end Cameron Jordan.
"As a coach, you love it when you see someone with his energy," Payton said during his appearance on the ABC talk show. "He is on everyone's butt, trust me."
