Fat Rex Ryan is coming back.
The Bills coach told reporters on a conference call he recently underwent surgery to have his lap band removed.

But now with his brother Rob on staff in Buffalo, Rex will return to his natural, orb-like figure.
"I told (Rob), we'll figure this out together (without the lap band)," Ryan said, according to the New York Post. "Plus, I won more games without it than did with it in."
Rex went 20-13 in his first two seasons with the Jets and made consecutive trips to the AFC title game. Following his lap-band surgery, Rex lost 120 pounds, but also posted a 34-47 record with no playoff trips between the Jets and Bills.

Rex has since regained 30 pounds since removing the lap band and says he still feels good.
