Which XFL team out of Texas will join the Houston Roughnecks in the South division championship game?

Both the Arlington Renegades (4-5) and San Antonio Brahmas (3-6) are still alive heading into Week 10, and the outcomes of their games will determine the final regular-season standings — and, potentially, which team will ultimately join the Roughnecks in the playoffs.

Arlington has the leg up over San Antonio, entering the final week in second place behind the 6-3 Roughnecks in the South Division. The simplest possible outcome of the Week 10 would be for Arlington to beat Houston at home on Sunday, clinching a Renegades playoff berth and setting up a rubber match in the playoffs a week later. (Houston beat Arlington 23-14 in Week 2).

The Renegades failed to clinch a playoff berth in Week 9, losing 28-26 in overtime to the D.C. Defenders after a 26-9 comeback fell short. But Bob Stoops' team got its best quarterback play of the season from Luis Perez, who completed a season-high 31 of 41 passes for 335 yards and a touchdown. He'll have a tough test against a Roughnecks defense that ranks second in the XFL in interceptions (11) and first in sacks (33), but can remove all doubt of a playoff berth by leading Arlington to a win.

If Houston sweeps the Renegades on Sunday, then San Antonio's playoff hopes would remain alive — provided the Brahmas first beat the visiting Defenders on Saturday (a tough ask, considering they have the top record in the XFL at 8-1). San Antonio still would need Houston to beat Arlington on Sunday just to set up a tiebreaker scenario.

It all points to a potentially chaotic final week of the regular season. With that, The Sporting News has everything you need to know about the Renegades-Roughnecks game — and all the Week 10 action — including time, TV channel, streaming information and more:
