Former Ravens linebacker Ray Lewis jumped on the Joe Flacco flame train Friday morning on FS1's “Speak for Yourself.”

When asked about Flacco's inconsistency this season, the former All-Pro linebacker and teammate of Flacco's (more on that in a moment) went on at length (via NFL.com), with the gist being that the quarterback lacks a certain je ne sais.

Lewis: "There’s something called being passionate about what you do. Really passionate about really what you do. And me being around it … Gifted? Absolutely. Passionate about what he do? I’ve never seen that. I don’t know what that looks like."

Later Friday, Ravens coach John Harbaugh defended Flacco (via ESPN) when asked about Lewis' comments: "Everybody expresses leadership in their own way."

Flacco, himself, also weighed in: "It's a little surprising coming from Ray. It's something I've dealt with since high school. It's part of my personality."

Finally, Ravens safety Eric Weddle offered: "He won you a Super Bowl. Did you forget about that?"

Mic drop.
