The Philadelphia Eagles clinched the NFC’s top spot with a 19-10 win over the Raiders on Monday night.
The teams were tied at 10-10 with 57 seconds to play. But the Eagles picked off a pass from Oakland quarterback Derek Carr and followed with a field goal to take the lead. Philadelphia added a defensive touchdown on the game’s final play to secure the victory.

Eagles quarterback Nick Foles threw for 163 and a touchdown in the game, while Jay Ajayi rushed for 52 yards. Marshawn Lynch tallied 95 yards on the ground for Oakland in the losing effort.
The win moved the Eagles to 13-2 on the year, while the Raiders fell to 6-9.

11:31 p.m.: Turnover, Raiders. Eagles cornerback Ronald Darby jumps a route and intercepts Carr’s pass. The Eagles retake possession at their 48 with 54 seconds to play.
11:30 p.m.: The Eagles again fail to pick up a first down and punt. The Raiders take over near midfield with 1:07 to play.

11:10 p.m.: The Raiders drive all the way to the Eagles 30 but come away with no points. Giorgio Tavecchio misses a 48-yard field goal wide right and the score remains tied with 7:58 to play.
10:58 p.m.: Foles gets brought down for a 16-yard loss on third down and the Eagles punt from their end zone.
10:54 p.m.: Carr is sacked on third down and the Raiders punt. The Eagles will start their drive at their 19.

10:46 p.m.: The Eagles fail to move the chains but they kick a short field goal to tie the score at 10-10 with 2:13 to play in the third quarter.
