For the final time before the Las Vegas Raiders embark on the 2024 NFL Draft starting on Thursday, April 25, general manager Tom Telesco met with the media and touched on several draft-related topics.

But if you were hoping for some in-depth insight into what the Raiders might do with their first-round pick (No. 13 overall) or any of their other seven selections, you're going to be disappointed. As expected, Telesco kept things close to the vest.

You can check out Telesco's presser in its entirety in the tweet below, or you can keep on scrolling to check out some of the highlights.

Telesco on if NIL impacts draft class depth

"Quite possibly with the number of players that have stayed in," Telesco said. "I think it does affect it a little bit. I don't have a problem with it, I think it's good. The longer players stay in school, the better. They get farther with their education, hopefully finish and graduate and they get to keep working on their craft."

Telesco on working with Antonio Pierce

"It's been really good. He's got a great vision of what he wants in a football team and he hasn't deviated from that, which really helps the personnel department as far as trying to match up players for our football team. He's got a great feel for evaluating players, which I'm not surprised."

Telesco on scouting, coaching staff evaluations

"These guys are really well-taught. They're organized, they're detailed, so I've been very lucky to walk into this and have a staff like this. Obviously, the coaches are a big part of the process, too. They're almost like a cross check. They'll help determine scheme fit. So, try and take the coaches, take the scouts, obviously the head coach is a big part of that, kind of tie that all together, add in some data, analytics, and kind of blend it all together and make a decision. But at some point, you can have too many evaluators, too, so you've got to be careful with that."
