Las Vegas Raiders cornerback Jack Jones has been back and forth on what jersey number he'll wear for the 2024 campaign.
First, it looked like he was staying put with No. 18. Then, he came out and said no so fast, hinting that the door was still open for him to switch digits.
However, Jones put an end to the suspense on Monday, when he tweeted that he was indeed keeping his No. 18.
I’m staying 18 for sure 😭

It isn't clear exactly what number Jones was looking to switch to, but if we had to make an educated guess, maybe it was 0. After all, that's about the coolest number a player can wear, and Jones wore it in college with Arizona State.
But No. 0 is currently worn by fellow corner Jakorian Bennett, so one would assume some sort of financial transaction would have been necessary for Jones to get it.
Whatever the case may be, Raiders fans looking to purchase Jones' jersey can do so with the peace of mind that he won't be changing his number this season, although we can't rule out him switching things up in 2025 and beyond.
