Fresh off being named the team's starting quarterback recently, Las Vegas Raiders signal-caller Gardner Minshew is going viral for a workout video that is awesome in more ways than one.
Minshew, who was announced as the team's starter on Sunday over fellow signal-caller Aidan O'Connell, is seen working out shirtless in the video. Making it even better, Creed's song "Higher" is playing in the background, and Minshew is rocking an incredible mullet as only he can.
Minshew signed a two-year, $25 million deal with the Raiders this offseason to bring some competition to the quarterbacks room. Not only did he do that, he ended up winning the starting job over O'Connell.

Minshew didn't exactly dominate the competition with O'Connell, though, as the two quarterbacks were neck-and-neck throughout the entire offseason. In fact, it looked like O'Connell might come out on top before head coach Antonio Pierce made the announcement on Sunday.
"Myself, [general manager Tom] Telesco and [offensive coordinator] Luke Getsy discussed it this morning," Pierce said of the decision to start Minshew. "A lot of things went into it. It wasn't based off of last night, there's a lot of factors." Pierce said. "We feel like Gardner gives us the best opportunity to get off to a fast start, and that's what we're going with. We support him, our team's behind it, our staff's behind it, our organization's behind it."
While Minshew will get the ball first, there's no telling if he'll be able to keep the job all season long. If he falters, the Raiders are likely to go to O'Connell, who started 10 games for Las Vegas during his rookie campaign.
Minshew will make his starting debut on Sunday, Sept. 8, when the Raiders take on the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 1 at SoFi Stadium.
