The Washington Commanders have fired vice president of content Rael Enteen for disparaging remarks captured on an undercover video.
A correspondent from O'Keefe Media Group recorded Enteen, who believed he was on a date. Enteen met the correspondent on Hinge, unaware of their affiliation with O'Keefe.
The video captures Enteen making disparaging remarks about the players, fans and league. In the wake of the video, Enteen was initially suspended before the franchise decided to part ways with him.

While the video features several edits, Enteen can be heard calling NFL fans "mouth breathers" while minimizing his job with the franchise as being to "sell hope," referencing an example of damage control that was done after there were leaky pipes at Northwest Stadium.
Enteen added that Black players on the roster are inherently homophobic due to their upbringing and claimed white players' religious views are another source of homophobia in the locker room.
Enteen also spoke down on Cowboys owner Jerry Jones, called NFL commissioner Roger Goodell a puppet and decried the league's "performative" social justice movements.
Why did the Commanders fire Rael Enteen?
After Enteen was initially suspended, the Commanders released the following statement:
The language used in the video runs counter to our values at the Commanders organization. We have suspended the employee pending an internal investigation and will reserve further comment at this time.
With Enteen's firing coming one day later, the franchise took further action against his language.
