Pittsburgh Steelers superstar T.J. Watt is driven to be the best, even watching his fiercest competition to improve his own game.
Not only is Cleveland Browns edge rusher Myles Garrett a division rival, but also the reigning Defensive Player of the Year. Garrett sent high praise to the Steelers edge rusher Saturday, saying he watches film of Watt to improve his game.
That praise was promptly returned with just a few words from Watt.
"I'll take a compliment, I guess," Watt said to NFL Network Insider Mike Garafolo. "We watch each other's film all the time and I watch a lot of Myles. I watch a lot of guys that are in the division just because there's so many guys that are able to get to the quarterback and we get to see them play against the opponents that we do as well."

Watt is fresh off a season where he appeared in all 17 of Pittsburgh's games, landing No. 2 in DPOY voting. He recorded 19 sacks, a touchdown, and four forced fumbles, earning him a first-team All-Pro spot.
"So, it's kind of breaking down the tackle that we're going against," Watt said later in the interview. "But you also are being able to admire and appreciate a guy that's able to get to the quarterback day in and day out."
