The Pittsburgh Steelers held their latest practice of training camp on Thursday but did not have the pads on. They did, however, see a fight break out for the second straight day after Wednesday's brawl.
Per Alex Kozora of Steelers Depot, it appears the skirmish began with offensive lineman Tyler Beach and defensive lineman Logan Lee, but fellow defensive linemen DeMarvin Leal escalated things, according to Mike DeFabo of The Athletic.
There appeared to be some punches thrown, but the fight was broken up quickly and practice carried on after that. Here's a look at the video of the fight.

While the most exciting part of the day, the fisticuffs weren't the only thing to take place at practice on Thursday. Here's a look at the biggest takeaways from the session, courtesy of beat writer observations.
Steelers training camp takeaways
Injury update and a new face
It would appear that linebacker David Perales is dealing with a long-term injury, as the team decided to waive him with an injury designation on Thursday morning. He will likely revert back to injured reserve once he clears waivers.
The Steelers quickly replaced him on the roster, though, with the signing of veteran edge rusher Markus Golden, who was in attendance at practice. Golden is wearing No. 91.

Head coach Mike Tomlin also touched on Roman Wilson, who he says is week-to-week with a sprained ankle, echoing earlier reports. Wilson is currently sporting a boot.
Another light day for Russ
Wilson has been doing more in training camp the past three days than he did while recovering from his injury, but he's still not a full participant. The veteran signal-caller took part in 7-on-7 but not seven shots or 11-on-11, per Brian Batko of Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
He did have few standout deep balls, one to Van Jefferson that went for 40 yards and another to Calvin Austin that the young wide receiver dropped. Wilson stayed late after practice to get more work in, also.

Nick Farabaugh of PennLive.com noted that Wilson has looked sharp in limited work.
Justin Fields review
According to ESPN's Brooke Pryor, Fields wasn't as consistent as he's been in past practices, but he got the help he needed from receivers to have a solid day overall.
His biggest blemish was an interception on a wobbly pass that allowed defensive back Thomas Graham to step up and make a play on. That is his second pick of training camp.
On the other side of the spectrum, Fields shined when he led the Steelers down the field for a touchdown drive during the red zone period. He completed the series with a to George Pickens.

Fields and Pickens connected more than that, though. The signal-caller found his No. 1 receiver on a 40-plus yard gain down the sideline on one throw, and he later hit Pickens with a back-shoulder fade on another play. When it came to seven shots, the offense won two out of four series with Fields under center.

Cameron Sutton works at safety
It appears the Steelers are at least considering moving Sutton to safety, as the veteran defensive back saw time there on Thursday, per Farabaugh.
Cory Trice does more
Still working his way back from a torn ACL, Farabaugh noted that Trice was doing more during team periods on Thursday than he's done at any point in training camp.
Kickoff work
The Steelers also worked on the new kickoff rule with a live kicker today for the first time.

With Cordarrelle Patterson on NFI, returners included Jaylen Warren, John Rhys Plumlee, Calvin Austin and Scotty Miller.
Defense wins seven shots
According to Batko, the defense ultimately won seven shots, 5-2. Fields was responsible for the two offensive wins and Kyle Allen didn't notch any. Some of Pittsburgh's defensive standouts included Payton Wilson, Jeremiah Moon and Mark Robinson.
