Peyton Manning doesn't think that Aaron Rodgers needs advice from him about his future.
While the Colts-turned-Broncos legend knows what it's like to exit an organization after 14 years as its star, he's confident that Rodgers will make the right decision as he works through some issues with the Packers.
"Aaron doesn't need advice from me," Manning said in an interview with TMZ. "He'll make a good decision."
Rodgers is mired in a rift with the Packers that has come as a result of numerous little things over the past couple of years. The problems appear to have been exacerbated by the organization's decision to trade up for QB Jordan Love in the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft instead of investing in other areas of need.

As a result of this ongoing feud, Rodgers' future is uncertain. But Manning isn't ruling anything out for him, including Green Bay being his final destination.
"We'll see how it plays out," Manning said. "He's done such a great job in Green Bay. I think every player, their goal is to stay in one team the entire time if they can. Obviously, Tom [Brady] made a move."
Certainly, the dream is to stay in one place, but as Manning mentioned, we've seen players, Brady included, leave their teams late in their careers recently. And players don't always have control over whether they can stay. After all, Manning left the Colts amicably during the 2012 offseason with Indianapolis set to select Andrew Luck No. 1 overall in the 2012 NFL Draft.
Regardless of what happens with Rodgers, Manning is excited to see the 2020 NFL MVP on the field again in 2021.
"When I think of Aaron, I think of him as a Green Bay Packer," Manning said. "I look forward to seeing him play this year somewhere."
Soon enough, we'll find out where that somewhere will be.
