On Sunday, many of Hollywood's stars and the NFL's biggest names from past and present descended on the Kia Forum in Inglewood, California for the roast of former New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady.
While there were many in the building who were there to witness Brady receive some of the most brutal jokes that anybody could imagine, there was a face that was noticeably absent - former New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning.
Manning, who beat Brady in two Super Bowls, had a perfect response Monday morning on social media to explain his absence.
I thought about attending the Roast of Tom Brady last night, but I did not want to Roast him for a 3rd time!!

That's a roast-worthy joke, and Manning would've delivered some killer lines like his brother, Peyton, did.
