On Wednesday night, the New England Patriots put together a night to celebrate the greatest quarterback to ever play the game -  Tom Brady.

Brady was officially inducted into the team's Hall of Fame, as owner Robert Kraft made a special exception for the seven-time Super Bowl champion to bypass the wait to get in.

With thousands of fans and hundreds of current and former players in the building, Kraft surprised everyone with two more special announcements that thrilled the crowd.

Kraft told those in attendance and watching around the world that no one would ever wear Brady's No. 12 in New England again, making it the eighth number retired by the franchise.

The owner also shared that a 12-foot statue of Brady will be erected in front of the team's Hall of Fame, which is just outside of Gillette Stadium, at some point during this upcoming season.

These two incredible honors will forever encapsulate the legacy of the best to ever do it.
