For years, the New England Patriots have welcomed season-ticket holders as well as Foxboro, Massachusetts residents into Gillette Stadium for an exclusive practice during training camp.
However, the Patriots recently informed season-ticket holders that they will not be holding the event in 2024 due to scheduling issues, according to ESPN's Mike Reiss.
Instead, New England will host a ticketed season-ticket-member event on the practice fields outside of Gillette Stadium on Sunday, Aug. 11.
Between now and the start of the regular season, Gillette Stadium is hosting multiple New England Revolution matches as well as concerts for Zach Bryan, Metallica, P!nk, Kenny Chesney and Zac Brown Band.
The outdoor practice will still be a cool opportunity for fans, but obviously, there's nothing like being in the stadium.
