On Friday, the New England Patriots had their rookies report to Gillette Stadium for the start of their training camp with veterans to following soon after.
At the end of the day, New England placed running back Terrell Jennings on the active/PUP list. It's unknown what Jennings is dealing with at this time, but he can return to practice whenever he's cleared for action.
Jennings, 23, was signed as an undrafted free agent this year out of Florida A&M. In 44 collegiate games, he rushed for 1,860 yards and 24 touchdowns on 6.6 yards per attempt. With the Patriots he likely will be fighting for a spot on the practice squad throughout camp.
