For the last two years, the NFLPA has released anonymous surveys from their members grading different aspects of the organizations they play for, and the New England Patriots have not fared well.
In this year's edition, the Patriots were graded as the 29th team out of the 32 in the NFL.
New England's lowest grade was for their "treatment of families" which received an "F-" from the players.
According to the survey, they are one of 12 teams that don't provide a family room during their games, one of seven that don't provide daycare support or services on gameday and one of four that don't offer either.
Now, the Patriots are doing what they can to combat these issues that are seemingly plaguing their team, as they're looking to hire a "family services and football engagement coordinator."

When your team isn't winning, you can't get by by doing the bare minimum anymore. Ownership needed to step up and make the Patriots a team that shows they care about their players and their families, and hopefully, this is a step toward that.
