The New England Patriots used their first of two sixth-round picks on Saturday to draft South Carolina cornerback Marcellas Dial.
New England has some solid cornerbacks on the roster, but, as they saw last year, it's always a good idea to have some extra players at that position in case of injuries and unforeseen circumstances.
