The New England Patriots surprised everyone in Week 1 by upsetting the Cincinnati Bengals 16-10 at Paycor Stadium, and they have a chance to do it again in Week 2, as they host the Seattle Seahawks at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, Massachusetts.
On their second offensive drive, Patriots quarterback Jacoby Brissett avoided pressure on multiple dropbacks to find tight end Hunter Henry, and running back Rhamondre Stevenson made defenders miss to drive the team down the field. New England found the end zone with Brissett hitting rookie wide receiver Ja'Lynn Polk to put them up 7-0 in the first quarter.

The bullet from Brissett was his first passing touchdown with the Patriots, and the touchdown reception was Polk's first in his career.
New England's offense looks better than expected, and the defense has been as advertised through one drive. If they continue playing the way they have, Jerod Mayo will have his team 2-0 to start the season, and nobody would've predicted that.
UPDATE: Seahawks quarterback Geno Smith hit wide receiver D.K. Metcalf for a long touchdown to tie the game at 7-7 on the next drive.
