The New England Patriots are facing their most important draft in over 30 years, as they hold the third overall pick on Friday, and with the team needing a quarterback, they should be looking for their next field general to lead the team for the foreseeable future.
At this point, their fate is in the hands of the two teams ahead of them - the Chicago Bears and Washington Commanders. With three quarterbacks expected to go in the top three picks, New England will be left with whoever doesn't get selected.
Before those decisions even start to get made, Patriots de facto general manager Eliot Wolf sat down with former Patriots quarterback and radio color analyst Scott Zolak to talk everything draft.

Wolf doesn't give a ton of information, and that's smart, but it's interesting that they continue to reiterate that there haven't been any serious trade talks yet. A team may get more intrigued as the time ticks down to make a trade, but for now, it seems like New England will remain at No. 3.
