During this time of the NFL offseason, there's not usually a lot going on in the professional game. Most players and coaches are off enjoying time with their families and friends or resting and relaxing before the grind of training camp begins in late July.
However, this is the prime time for football camps for young players around the country with current and former players and coaches usually leading and coaching at the events.
Friday is the second day of the annual Manning Passing Academy, which is described on their website as a "a family-owned and managed football camp that embraces the basic fundamentals of football while catering to the offensive skill positions of RB, TE, WR ... and of course QB." In attendance for Day 2 were two former New England Patriots coaches - Bill Belichick and Matt Patricia.

Belichick is out of the NFL this season after the Patriots and the head coach parted ways following a successful 24-year run, and Patricia doesn't appear to have a job either after working as a defensive assistant and play-caller for the Philadelphia Eagles in 2023.
It's obvious they both want to keep coaching, but they may have to wait until next year to get back into the league. If Ewers does well in 2024 at Texas, he could declare for the draft and make his jump to the NFL.
Is Belichick putting in the early work here to plan for his return and potentially draft Ewers? It might be a stretch, but it also wouldn't be that surprising.
