Patrick Mahomes made history during the Chiefs' "Monday Night Football" clash against the Ravens.
Mahomes entered the encounter at Baltimore's M&T Bank Stadium with 9,925 career passing yards in 33 games. The 25-year-old surpassed 10,000 career passing yards in the second quarter to set an NFL record as the fastest QB to achieve that feat.
Reaching that mark in his 34th game, Mahomes broke the previous record of 36 games set by Hall of Farmer Kurt Warner.
Mahomes led the Chiefs to the Super Bowl crown last season, and he was the NFL's MVP in 2018.
He finished the first half with 260 passing yards and three touchdown passes as Kansas City took a 27-10 lead at intermission. He ended the game with 385 yards four touchdowns through the air as the Chiefs rolled to a 34-20 victory.
