If you're a Packers fan and thought you could just walk up to the box office and get a ticket for today's NFC wild-card playoff game against the Giants, you're out of luck.
The Packers announced late Saturday they had sold out the game at Lambeau Field. Stories surfaced Friday that tickets were still available through the team and resale sites.

That surprised some observers, given the Packers have sold out every game at Lambeau Field since November 1959.
Fans going today can expect frigid temperatures (a high of 15 degrees), but Green Bay fans have seen worse. Free hot chocolate will be available at concession stands throughout the stadium, and the team issued this helpful advice on its website: "Learn the signs of frostbite and seek medical attention immediately if you notice grayish, white or yellowed skin, pain or numbness, or waxy skin."
