The Raiders already have undergone plenty of change since Jon Gruden returned as head coach. More is about to come in the franchise’s front office. Two sources told Sporting News that Oakland’s personnel department is set for an overhaul now that the 2018 NFL Draft has concluded.
Such moves and the timing are commonplace when a new head coach or general manager takes control. Reggie McKenzie remained Oakland’s general manager after the hiring of Gruden last January, but the latter is believed to now have final say on roster decisions.

Gruden and McKenzie both say the working dynamic between the two has gone well.
"I got a feel for coach Gruden," McKenzie said last week at his pre-draft news conference. "We like the same type of players."
It’s believed the Raiders will be adding at least one new personnel executive to their front office. There also are rumblings in league circles that Raiders player personnel director Joey Clinskscales will be moving on, with Cleveland as a potential destination.
The Raiders have made a slew of transactions this offseason to get players more in line with what Gruden and his coaching staff are seeking. The heaviest turnover has come at wide receiver with Oakland signing free agent Jordy Nelson, releasing Michael Crabtree and trading with Pittsburgh for Martavis Bryant.
A Raiders spokesman declined comment to Sporting News on whether front-office changes are coming.
