Ty Johnson, RB, Detroit Lions ($4,900)
- New York Giants vs. Detroit Lions
- Sunday Oct. 27, 2019 at Ford Field (Detroit, Michigan)

In the wake of Kerryon Johnson’s multi-week knee injury, Ty Johnson stepped up handle a majority of Detroit’s backfield work. With the Kerryon news coming out after the weekly salary release, Ty comes in far too cheap at just $4,900 on the DraftKings’ main slate.
Taking over early in the game, Ty Johnson played 65-percent of Detroit’s’ snaps, while logging 14 touches. Ten of these touches came on the ground and another four coming as targets through the air. While J.D. McKissic mixed in for 24% of Detroit’s snaps and eight touches himself, Johnson appears to be the leader of this backfield.

This week, Stills and the Texans face off against the Oakland Raiders. Just last week the Raiders allowed Aaron Rodgers for throw for 429 yards and five scores. Subsequently, the Raiders traded their former first-rounder and top defensive back Gareon Conley to none other than the Houston Texans.
The Texans remains 6.5-point favorites in this spot with a massive 51-point total. Given the scoring potential, NFL odds point to Kenny Stills as a must-have in DFS lineups this weekend.
Hunter Henry, TE, Los Angeles Chargers ($4,900)
- Los Angeles Chargers vs. Chicago Bears
- Sunday Oct. 27, 2019 at Soldier Field (Chicago, Illinois)
- Line: Chicago -4.5
In this second game back from a multi-week injury, Hunter Henry again impressed in Los Angeles’ offense. Only incrementally increasing in price, Henry simply remains too cheap at $4,900.
Now with two games under his belt, Henry’s snap share rose from 66-percent in Week 6 to 91-percent in Week 7. Combined, Henry received 15 targets in these games, including three in the red zone. The Chargers also routinely deployed Henry as a wide receiver, with the young tight end running 69% of his routes from the slot or out wide.
Looking at matchup, Henry and Chargers draw a paper tiger in the Chicago Bears. The Bears rank middle of the pack in tight end defense, but they allowed Saints backup tight end, Josh Hill, to notch 43 yards and a score last week. Going back two games, Raiders’ tight ends easily eclipsed 100-yards against this defense in Week 5.
With volume on his side and a routine matchup, Hunter Henry still comes in too cheap at $4,900 this week.
