Another week of the 2018 NFL season, more headaches for defensive coordinators.
As Week 5 arrives, league-wide scoring continues to trend at a historic rate, as the totals for points scored (3,030), touchdowns (344) and touchdown passes (228) are all the highest in NFL history through the first four weeks of a season.

While scoring has been up, the games have remained as competitive as ever. The average margin of victory has been 9.90 points per game, a mark that would be the lowest in a full season in 86 years, since the NFL record was set in 1932 (9.13). Thirty eight games have been decided by eight points or fewer, the most in league history through four weeks.
With that as the backdrop, below are Week 5 scores, highlights and injury updates from Sunday's action around the league.
